Relax and embrace tranquil surrounds

Life & Style Weekend - - TRAVEL - BY Benjamin Earl

NEW Zealand is one of my favourite places to visit. Whether abseiling down a mountain or taking a more relaxed approach by

visiting The Coromandel in summer, the opportunities

in New Zealand are endless. In order to really experience the true New Zealand, in my opinion,

there renting is a no car betteror campervanway than

and taking to the road to explore. One of my favourite places on the North Island is visiting The Coromandel. An aspect that still leaves me speechless is how the pristine beaches meet beautiful native forests; it is a sight like no other and a place where

you can really enjoy relaxing and taking in the tranquillity. Arguably one of the most picturesque spots in The

Coromandel, although I found so many, Cathedral Cove is any photographer’s dream. I loved visiting this stunning and secluded spot. We enjoyed taking a picnic and spending the day by the water – I feel it is the only way to really

experience the true beauty of this amazing place. Another great spot we enjoyed and I would highly

recommend visiting is Hot Water Beach. Now this is definitely a unique experience. Just a one-hour drive and you can experience the underground hot springs that filter up through the sand between the high and low tides. The great part about all of this is that there are direct

flights from the Sunshine Coast into Auckland seasonally. I would recommend New Zealand for everyone; it’s great for

families and kids, groups of friends or even couples. It really does cater for everyone. If you are wanting to try out New Zealand for your next trip, come in and see me at Flight Centre Buderim or call me on 1300 356 083.
