FORGET THE NUMBERS: The first thing I would say, it’s the weirdest thing, is don’t focus on weight loss. We talk about zooming out from the scales and focusing on yourself as the whole person.
DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT: If you’ve done five different diets then chances are the sixth one is not gong to work. Doing something different would be doing intuitive eating skills, for example.
