Easy cho­co­late fondue

Serves 4

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

1 x 250g qual­ity milk or dark cho­co­late, finely chopped

125ml (1⁄2 cup) thick­ened cream

½ tsp ground cin­na­mon

¼ tsp ground cloves

¼ tsp ground nut­meg

¼ tsp ground car­damom

¼ tsp ground gin­ger

2 cups of chopped mixed fresh fruit of your choice (straw­ber­ries are good)

125g (3⁄4 cup) whole macadamia nuts

METHOD

Place the cho­co­late, spices and cream in the bowl of a fondue set. Light the burner and stir the cho­co­late mix­ture un­til melted and smooth. Dip fruits and nuts in and en­joy.
