Chrome com­put­ers have found most of their suc­cess with stu­dents and as kids’ com­put­ers. But Acer’s Chrome­book Spin 13 is aim­ing to make the Google op­er­at­ing sys­tem more use­ful for pro­fes­sion­als. Acer has been a big pro­po­nent of Chrome OS, which of­ten com­petes with tablets more than lap­tops, and has re­leased mul­ti­ple de­vices. The 13.5-inch touch­screen com­puter comes with a sty­lus for writ­ing or draw­ing. The Spin 13 also sup­ports up to an i5 pro­ces­sor, 16GB of RAM and 128GB of stor­age. Acer is also promis­ing the Spin 13 will have a 10-hour bat­tery life. A larger 15-inch model is also set to be re­leased in the near future. Price TBA
