Chermoula is one of my favourite spice blends. It’s robust and packed full of flavour. The beauty of this North African spice blend is that you can use it in practically any food dish. It’s just magic.
It contains spices such as paprika, cumin, turmeric, garlic, onion, coriander, a little black pepper, a hint of cayenne pepper and a smidge of dried parsley.
Add this spice blend to any dips made with chickpeas or butter beans. Or try adding a tablespoon to your scone batter.
