GREEN TEA NOO­DLES WITH WASABI

300g green tea or soba noo­dles 2 tsp Her­bies Spices Wasabi pow­der, mixed in with 2 tsp wa­ter 2 tbsp rice vine­gar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp peanut oil 150g snow peas cut di­ag­o­nally 3 tsp toasted white or black sesame seeds Sesame oil to serve

METHOD

Cook the noo­dles in boil­ing salted wa­ter, drain and rinse with cold wa­ter.

Whisk wasabi, vine­gar, soy, lemon juice and oil to make up the dress­ing. Stir through cooked noo­dles, then add in the snow peas and sesame seeds. Serve with a driz­zle of sesame oil
