GREEN TEA NOODLES WITH WASABI
300g green tea or soba noodles 2 tsp Herbies Spices Wasabi powder, mixed in with 2 tsp water 2 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp peanut oil 150g snow peas cut diagonally 3 tsp toasted white or black sesame seeds Sesame oil to serve
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water, drain and rinse with cold water.
Whisk wasabi, vinegar, soy, lemon juice and oil to make up the dressing. Stir through cooked noodles, then add in the snow peas and sesame seeds. Serve with a drizzle of sesame oil
