PRETTY IN PINK
The retro ’70s-style Pink Hotel has garnered a reputation for being one of the Gold Coast’s most iconic hotels, and it’s no wonder – it’s the perfect cocktail of laid-back and luxe.
Each of the 18 rooms is unique, finished to a high standard with chic design, neon art, and music-inspired murals. There are no TVS, but who needs one with the collection of cult classics such as Bukowski and Kerouac lining the shelves?
The rooftop terrace cocktail bar provides panoramic views, but if you’re not a fan of the sun there’s a hidden speakeasy disguised as a “Janitor’s Closet” in the hotel.
If you get hungry, head downstairs to Eddie’s Grubhouse. Opened in 2015, Eddie’s has carved a reputation for good burgers, great live music and even better whisky.
