Groundskee­per Wil­lie Cof­fee Roast­ers – Liq­uid Gas­tron­omy

You’ll never look at tea and cof­fee the same after em­bark­ing on this jour­ney of liq­uid gas­tron­omy at Groundskee­per Wil­lie Cof­fee Roast­ers in Mof­fat Beach.

Here they will put a unique twist on an espresso mar­tini, shake up a cold brew tonic and cre­ate gin and tea cock­tails while us­ing sea­sonal pro­duce for a tast­ing like no other.

There’s a cer­tain at­ten­tion to de­tail that comes with pair­ing a five-course lunch with beer. In fact, some would call it an art.

Chefs Matt Black­well and Mike Bick­ford, from Bris­bane’s hat­ted GOMA, will visit Maleny’s Brouhaha Brew­ery for this feast of food and beer.

Think Mooloolaba cut­tle­fish cooked in cul­tured but­ter, Fraser Is­land span­ner crab and Maleny wagyu, paired with beer and fin­ished with a beer malt ice cream.
