The Lockyer Valley produces up to 90 per cent of the country’s winter produce. This prodigious food bowl ranks in the top 10 most fertile farming areas on the planet. As well as its reputation for fresh produce, it produces world-class beef, lamb and pork. You’ve heard me talk about the importance of provenance a lot on these pages, but here’s why.
