As well as its reputation for fresh produce, it produces world-class beef, lamb and pork. You’ve heard me talk about the importance of provenance a lot on these pages, but here’s why. The average age of a farmer in Australia just over 100 years ago was 21, today that age is almost 70. We are compelled to steadfastly support our farmers or we will lose them.
