Who doesn’t love Outlanders? Or more specifically Jamie, played by hot redhead
Well, it’s time to gird your ears as Heughan happens to be launching a podcast with his co-star Graham Mctavish that will delve into Scottish history and culture.
So while we’re in a bit of a “Droughtlander”, to help season five come round that bit quicker, listeners will surely enjoy a dive into the setting of the series.
And as the Clan Lands Instagram account promises, the podcast will be “based on the Scottish Clans, their history, culture and the language of Scotland… if these two don’t get lost or drunk. Or both.”
“I’m not sure I’m ready for this,” Heughan wrote on his Instagram. “But it’ll be an adventure!” Mctavish added: “Stay tuned for a lot of fun, history, landscape and kilts.”
Meanwhile season five of Outlander has officially started production although the air date has been pushed back to early 2020.
In this season, Claire and Jamie struggle to establish a new life in America after escaping Scotland.
“Against this backdrop, which soon heralds the birth of the new American nation, Claire and Jamie are forced to ask themselves just how far they are willing to go to protect their home,” producers promise.
“(They are) praying there will be no reason to light the fiery cross, an ancient Scottish call to arms.”
