I’m nearly done with my spring cleaning of the shop and business and it feels good knowing that I have sorted through everything. It’s both refreshing and empowering. You’ll see a change in the layout of the shop, giving you more room to manoeuvre and it will be brighter with more seating as we introduce more snacks and light lunches. I’ll do this in a few stages over a few weeks, starting next week. The body corporate has granted me approval to have modest seating around the outside of the shop. I have also just planned and arranged all the Licensed to Spice cooking classes for 2020 where we will be introducing some new themes and cuisines, as requested by my lovely customers. Some of the recipes from my travel cookbook diary haven’t been made since the early ’90s and I can’t wait to share these with people.
