I’m nearly done with my spring clean­ing of the shop and busi­ness and it feels good know­ing that I have sorted through ev­ery­thing. It’s both re­fresh­ing and em­pow­er­ing. You’ll see a change in the lay­out of the shop, giv­ing you more room to ma­noeu­vre and it will be brighter with more seat­ing as we in­tro­duce more snacks and light lunches. I’ll do this in a few stages over a few weeks, start­ing next week. The body cor­po­rate has granted me ap­proval to have mod­est seat­ing around the out­side of the shop. I have also just planned and ar­ranged all the Li­censed to Spice cook­ing classes for 2020 where we will be in­tro­duc­ing some new themes and cuisines, as re­quested by my lovely cus­tomers. Some of the recipes from my travel cook­book di­ary haven’t been made since the early ’90s and I can’t wait to share these with peo­ple.
