Recipe: Lemon Tarts
This recipe is easy peasy lemon squeezy.
YOU WILL NEED:
• 12 bake-at-home sweet tart cases
• 1 x 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
• Juice and zest of one lemon
• Juice and zest of one lime
STEP 1. Bake your sweet tart cases, following the instructions on the packet. Set aside to cool.
STEP 2. Use a fine grater to remove the zest from your lemon and lime. Set aside.
STEP 3. Place the condensed milk, lemon juice and lime juice in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat for 3 minutes until mixture is thick.
STEP 4. Spoon mixture into cooled tart cases. Sprinkle some lemon and lime zest on top. Keep these tasty tarts in the fridge before serving!
