Recipe: Le­mon Tarts

This recipe is easy peasy le­mon squeezy.

• 12 bake-at-home sweet tart cases

• 1 x 395g tin sweet­ened con­densed milk

• Juice and zest of one le­mon

• Juice and zest of one lime


STEP 1. Bake your sweet tart cases, fol­low­ing the in­struc­tions on the packet. Set aside to cool.

STEP 2. Use a fine grater to re­move the zest from your le­mon and lime. Set aside.

STEP 3. Place the con­densed milk, le­mon juice and lime juice in a bowl. Us­ing an elec­tric mixer, beat for 3 min­utes un­til mix­ture is thick.

STEP 4. Spoon mix­ture into cooled tart cases. Sprin­kle some le­mon and lime zest on top. Keep these tasty tarts in the fridge be­fore serv­ing!
