Jazz up your house with these DIY Christmas decorations, perfect for hanging on the Christmas tree, a door knob or wall hook.
stringy Snowflakes WHAT TO DO:
STEP 1. Use the ruler to mark equal distances around the edges of the circle, like the points on a clock. Use the scissors to carefully cut about 1cm into the circle from each point.
STEP 2. Take your string and insert one end into one of the cuts. The cardboard will pinch the thread and hold it in place. Stretch the string over to another slot, turning the cardboard over as you need to. Keep doing this and see what patterns you can make!
STEP 3. Once you’re happy with your pattern, cut your string and tie to the end you started with.
STEP 4. Thread another piece of string under a part of your design, and create a loop so it can be hung on your tree.
