Salvaje is a restaurant in a converted old factory, which is quite unusual for Spain. Its soaring ceilings mean the space is full of light, yet it doesn’t feel too cavernous because it’s divided by industrial shelving units packed with plants. There are colourful, abstract murals on the walls, too – it’s got a great, creative feel to it. I’d go for the tasting menu (including oysters with kimchi and cherry gazpacho) or the raw tuna tartare, which is a speciality of Seville. facevaje.sevilla
