From each of the five Hatchling Turtle fat quarters cut:
■ Four (4) 2in squares.
■ Ten (10) 1½in squares.
■ One (1) 1in x 1½in.
■ Four (4) 4in x 7½in.
■ Eight (8) 2½in squares.

From each of the remaining four fat quarters (shell prints) cut:
■ Seven (7) 4in x 7½in.
■ Fourteen (14) 2½in squares.

From the background fabric cut:
■ Thirteen (13) 4in x WOF. Subcut into one hundred and twenty six (126) 4in squares.
■ One (1) 3in x WOF. Subcut into two (2)
3in x 14½in.
■ Ten (10) 2½in x WOF. Subcut into two (2) 2½in x 9½in, two (2) 2½in x 4½in and one hundred and thirty four (134) 2½in squares.
■ Two (2) 2in x WOF. Subcut into ten (10)
2in x 5in.
■ Two (2) 1¾in x WOF. Subcut into ten (10)
1¾in x 7½in.

PIECING THE SEASHELL BLOCKS

For one block, take one print 4in x 7½in piece and two background 2½in squares. Add Corner-square Triangles (CSTs) to the top two corners of the print piece, using the step-by-step method in the boxout above. Pease note, take care to press the seam of the left corner
