Apart from just making it work better, what could Apple add?
iCloud will be eight years old in 2019 and yes, it’s still a little
glitchy. Assuming it keeps improving, Apple also needs to reassess its pricing: a 5GB free tier is weird when 128GB for a single device is mid range, and people who don’t pay 79p to £6.99 per month for more won’t necessarily have their photos and other data backed up, which may surprise but won’t delight. People are also calling for a more shareable iCloud Drive, so Apple will have to consider whether it wants to be Dropbox, and if not, what?
