1 Create a template

Got a work event that happens often but not on a regular schedule, such as a client meeting or team catch-up? Use templates to speed things up. ≈-click an event that will be used as a template, then click Create Template.

2 Add to+your calendar

Click the ‘ ’ icon to add a new event – you’ll now see the template you created, which is set to the same time of day as the original event. Click it and you can add it to your calendar, adjusting details where necessary.

3 Set up task templates

Templates also work for reminders (known as tasks), and the process is very similar – ≈-click the task (on the calendar or in the task list) and click Create Template. You’ll find that template when creating new tasks.
