GoodTask hooks into Apple’s Calendar and Reminders apps and provides an extended framework for that data. Your Smart Lists appear on the left and you can also use day, week or month views. Any task added in GoodTask is automatically copied into Reminders, and doubleclicking on a task opens an inspector window where you can add granular detail. As well as priority and alerts you can flag items for follow up, edit dates and more, including adding subtasks.

Sharing tasks is limited to using Apple’s standard

Share Sheet for email or text message. It’s based on Apple’s frameworks but you get extra features like Smart Lists where you can view tasks based on criteria like which calendar they live in, urgency, and so on. It’s a more efficient way to manage and group tasks, tags and notifications than Apple allows. For personal use, it’s a good one-stop shop for task management.
