Todoist
From Free FROM todoist.com
Todoist has an appealing, pareddown design that belies its true power. The Home screen has Inbox, Home and Upcoming views, and tasks can be grouped into Projects. A unique feature is Boards, where you can create custom columns of tasks – say, to do, doing and done – and drag tasks to update their status. There’s also a customisable key shortcut to ‘quick add’ a new task from the Finder or anywhere on your Mac, with tags, priority flagging, reminder, and notes.
Todoist is built for collaboration, with up to five people allowed on the Free plan, 25 on the Premium and 50 on the Business. The paid tiers come with significantly more features like productivity trends, file uploads, automatic backups and more. Unfortunately, the free tier doesn’t allow reminders, calendar sync, labels or filters at all. However, £3.99 per month unlocks all but the highestend business features.
