Notes and Quick Notes

Hashtags have come to Notes at last: tag any note with # followed by a keyword, and use the Tag Browser to find all notes with that tag, which you can use for custom Smart Folders. Shared notes gain an Activity view to summarise updates, and you can link collaborators using @. Quick Notes are accessible anywhere through a hot corner or keyboard shortcut, and you can add text or images to them from Safari, and give them context from an app to remind you later.
