Get Mail working your way Set up accounts and start sending messages

-

One of the best things about Mail is that it can be as simple or as complicated as you want. If you use it with just one iCloud account and don’t send or receive a lot of email, you can leave preferences set at their defaults and just have a two-pane interface with the list of messages in your inbox in one, and the current message in the other. If you enable Show Favourites bar, you’ll be able to switch between your inbox, sent mail, drafts, flagged messages and VIPs easily, even without the mailbox list displayed.

If, on the other hand you have multiple accounts and like to file messages in folders rather then keep them in your inbox, you can keep the mailboxes list on-screen and use Smart

Folders to automatically file messages that meet rules you set. Or you can create rules and apply them to your messages manually.

When it comes to composing emails, as well as adding attachments from the Finder, you can add photos from your Photos library and use Continuity Camera to grab images with your iPhone and add them directly to a message.

?? ?? Mail supports multiple accounts and allows you to filter messages into smart mailboxes and create VIP senders.
