HOW TO Collaborate with others on Notes

1 Share a note

Once you’ve created a note you want to work with others on, click the ‘Share this note with others’ icon and choose how you want to share it. Choose a recipient. Select an option from the Permission menu and click Share.

2 Use the Activity Viewer

To see changes others have made to a note, select the note then View > Show Note Activity, or click the ‘Share this note with others’ icon and choose Show All Activity or Show Highlights. You will now see a list of changes.

3 Use mentions

Type the ‘@‘ sign in a note and choose the name of the collaborator from the menu or type their name and type some text. Press ®. They will then get a notification with a link back to the note so they can view the mention.
