HOW TO Use the Home tab

1 The Activity Cloud

On the Home tab is a dotted chart on a green background. This is the Activity Cloud and it plots your activity over the past 10 days. You can tap a dot on the Activity Cloud to see the activities you did on a given day.

2 Daily activity

After tapping a dot, tap an activity to see a breakdown of your heart rate, energy expenditur­e, activity time, and more. This shows how much energy you’ve burned in terms of food, such as a burger’s worth of calories.

3 Past workouts

At the bottom of the Home tab is a list of workouts from the last 10 days. Tap one to see it in more detail. At the bottom of an activity’s page, tap to see more details and charts for your heart rate, pace, and more.
