1 Home tab insights
You will find some quick insight suggestions on the Home tab, such as ways you can eat more protein or do some aerobic exercise. These are based on your current fitness condition, ensuring they’re always relevant.
2 Deeper insights
The Insights tab has more depth. There’s a monthly summary, plus articles on how to get the most from Gentler, guides on activity types, tips on how to understand your body’s fitness, and ways to eat more healthily.
3 Monthly summary
On the monthly summary, you will find shareable cards explaining how you’ve done over the past month. You can see how many different workout types you’ve done, for example, or how much energy you have burned.
