This is the password manager within a more extensive system of services which includes secure document storage, at additional cost. Its built with Electron, which gives it an unfamiliar feel compared to native Mac apps.

It comes with a free utility, Keeper Import, designed to bring in passwords from Safari, which laboriously copies them one at a time. If you do want to import existing passwords from Safari, it’s better to do so through an exported CSV file.

On iOS, it has some interface quirks, producing

an odd split-screen effect, and the iPad version wastes much of the space available on the larger display.

Two features are added to its Plus bundle: ‘dark web’ monitoring for password breaches, and secure file storage. It also offers free private messaging using KeeperChat. If its document storage is valuable for you, then it could prove ideal.
