Add three-dimensional camera moves

Instead of adding Overlays, you can bring a still image to life by creating a cinemagraph (moving photo). This enables you to zoom in on a shot’s foreground and background subjects at different speeds, creating a 3D sense of depth and perspective. Choose Enhance > Moving Photos. Double-click on a preset such as Zoom In. Once Elements has generated a preview of the camera move, click Export. Here you can choose to export the shot as an MP4 format movie file. Alternatively choose GIF for sharing the cinemagraph on sites such as Twitter.
