HOW TO Get started

1 Set things up

First, install Cloud Battery. It’s free to use, but you can pay £2.49 in-app to remove the adverts and customise the app and its widgets. When you first open Cloud Battery, its home screen won’t show any devices yet.

2 Add your devices

Tap ‘+’ in the top-left and the app will search for compatible devices. Tap one from the list to add it. You may have to add a new device from the device itself, like adding your MacBook with the Mac app instead of on iOS.

3 Sort things out

Once you’ve added some devices, they will be displayed in a list with their battery percentage on the right. Tap the up/down arrow icon (top right, see step 1) to change the order in which the devices are listed, such as by lowest battery first.
