Accessibility on Apple Watch
Apple Watch has a number of accessibility settings that can be controlled from Settings > Accessibility on the Watch or from the Apple Watch app on an iPhone. Some of the settings are similar to those on the Mac and iPhone such as VoiceOver and Zoom. Others are unique to the Watch. These include Screen Curtain, which hides the screen when you’re using VoiceOver, to improve privacy.
You can also set your Watch to display labels for on/off switches, make text bold or increase its size, or make everything display in greyscale. You can also reduce transparency to increase contrast, and display an extra-large watch face.
If you have difficulty hearing, you can set your Watch to play stereo sounds in mono, so the same sounds are played in both ears and use haptic feedback in place of audio.
Finally, there’s an option in Workouts for wheelchair users. When this is activated, the watch counts wheel turns instead of steps.
