Patent reveals glass MacBooks

> Future MacBooks and Apple Watches could be made out of glass, ceramic, or even carbon fibre, according to a new Apple patent. Interestingly, the patent also explains how Apple could design its products with tiny perforations in their surfaces. These would allow them to display notifications or other information, or be used for Touch ID, while remaining completely invisible when not in use. This tech could also be used in the Apple Pencil and iPhone, the patent suggests

Obviously, being a patent, there’s no guarantee Apple will ever implement these ideas. However, they provide a fascinating insight into what Apple could be researching.
