ERGONOMICS
1 Is it adjustable?
You should be able to tweak a chair so that it’s comfortable. You want to be able to adjust its height, arm rests, head rests, back rest angle, and lumbar support.
2 Lumbar support
Ergonomic chairs tend to offer lumbar support, which helps prop up your back. If your chair doesn’t have this, you can use a cushion to help make things more comfortable.
3 Remember right angles
An ideal desk setup has your back straight and vertical, with your arms and thighs at right angles to it. Try to align the top of your monitor to your eye level.
4 Consider standing
Sitting all day can be bad for your health. A standing desk will help improve things and avoid slouchingrelated back ache, too. An adjustable standing desk is even better.
