COVID OUTBREAK HALTS PRODUCTION

> A surge in the number of Covid-19 cases in China has forced the authorities there to implement a series of partial lockdowns, with iPhone production directly affected. This led Apple partner Foxconn to temporarily stop production in Shenzhen in mid-March. However its facilities were quickly able to start up again after Foxconn was able to use a ‘bubble’ system to enable work to resume.
