GENIUS TIP: PLAY FROM iCLOUD DRIVE

You don’t need to store all your video files on your Mac to access them; keep them in iCloud Drive and get the ones you want directly from Finder. We have an Old Videos folder in our iCloud Drive for old home movies, and access them by ≈-clicking a clip, selecting Download Now and then pressing the Space bar to view using macOS’s Quick Look feature. This brings up a video window with basic play controls, and you can run it full screen by clicking the icon next to the ‘X’ at the top left of the window. oe brings you back into window mode.
