1 App Store notifications

A new notifications panel in the App Store enables you to opt in to alerts for New Features & Updates, and Recommendations & Offers.

2 Podcast filters

There are new podcast options for shows you are subscribed to that filter Unplayed and Downloaded Episodes.

3 New emoji

As with all iOS/ iPadOS releases, iOS/ iPadOS 15.4 introduces new emoji. There are 37 additions this time around, including a melting smiley face, a face with hands covering the eyes, and there are handshakes using hands with different skin tones.
