HOW TO Make Contacts cards work for you

1 Add a nickname

Select the contact and click the ‘+’ at the bottom of the window. Scroll down to More Fields, click it and choose Nickname. A new field will be added below the contact’s name. Type the nickname in that field to use it with Siri.

2 Add a photo

Locate the card you want to add a photo to and hover the mouse pointer over the circle to the left of the name. Click Edit. Choose Photos in the sidebar. Navigate to the photo you want, click it and then click Save.

3 Customise the template

To change the default template for Contacts cards, click Contacts then Preferences. Choose Template. To remove a field, click ‘-‘ next to it. To add one, click Add Field and choose the field you want to add. Close Preferences.
