iPAD PRO SET FOR PRICE INCREASE

-

FUTURE MODELS WILL USE COSTLY PROCESS

> If you’re waiting for an OLED iPad Pro, you may have to pay a pretty penny for it. That’s because rumours have alleged Apple will use a dry-etching process to make the device’s displays. While that allows the panels to be thinner than ever, it could also increase the cost. But, Apple isn’t expected to bring out an OLED iPad Pro until 2024 at the earliest, and will probably stick with mini-LED a while longer.
