If you click on the sender’s email address, you’ll see an option to Block Contact. If the contact has a saved phone number it blocks calls and messages too.

Custom signatures 3

You can have multiple signatures for single or multiple email accounts in Mail. For example, we have a couple of signatures we use on our iCloud emails and different ones for our Gmail accounts.

Privacy protection 4

Mail’s privacy protection in Preferences is a single button; it blocks secret email trackers and doesn’t load remote images from messages it thinks may be dodgy. To enable it go to Mail > Preferences > Privacy > Protect Mail Activity.
