Live Text for video

The ability to grab text from photos and images on the web and elsewhere was one of the great new additions to iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and Monterey. And with iOS 16 and the new macOS, you can now use it in videos, which is even more useful. No more having to frantically jot down web addresses or numbers from a paused video; you can select on-screen text, copy it and paste it elsewhere, or interact with it directly – to make a phone call, say. Look for the Live Text icon in videos you are watching.
