3 Movement stats

Let’s see one of them in action. Tap Movement. Here, you’ll see workout activities captured by the Health app. Tap Add workout to manually add one, enter its category and details, then tap Save and Continue.

5 Add an action

On the Actions page, tap an uncompleted action and follow the instructions to add it. For example, tap Sleep Time > Add Sleep Time, then use the dial to enter how much you slept last night. Tap Save and Continue.

7 Compare to others

Tap Compare. On this page you’ll see your average score, how you do against people like you, and how your best average score compares. At the time of writing, you couldn’t invite friends, but you should be able to soon.

4 Recommended actions

Tap Actions at the bottom of the screen. This shows today’s progress, as well as recommended actions you can take to boost your score. Each category is colour-coded. At the bottom are your completed actions.

6 Your biological age

Tap ‘My Aging’ to see your ‘biological age’ as determined by Humanity, and how it compares to your actual age. The accuracy gauge improves with time. Tap ‘Slow My Aging’ to see what you can do to improve your health.

8 Health history

Humanity tracks historical data. At the top of the screen is a thin horizontal bar with Today at the centre. Swipe to the left to see your scores on previous days, or right for your average weekly and monthly scores.
