make a kaleidoscopic 12 watch face

Open a single picture in Photos, tap the Share icon, then Create Watch Face in the bottom row of the Share sheet. Choose the Kaleidoscope option. It gives you a choice of three visual styles for your image, and you can choose which complications appear at three positions on the face.
