Failed upgrade

Sometimes updates get stuck, or fail part way. This can leave the update file taking up storage, which stops you having another go. In Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage, look for the software update. Delete it and try again. If your device is short of storage, update it through iTunes.
