As iOS identifies regular actions, Siri Suggestions appear on the Lock screen. Go to Settings > Siri & Search. Here you can explore all the actions your device has detected you take. Tap one under Suggested Shortcuts, or in the All Shortcuts submenu, to enter the Add to Siri page. Tap the red button, say a phrase, then tap the button again. Thereon, you can say that to Siri to perform.
