HOW TO Share content with Universal Clipboard

1 Copy the content

You can copy items such as snippets of text or images from one device to another using Universal Clipboard. To get started, just copy the content to the Clipboard on either your Mac or iOS device as normal.

2 Safely stored

The content will be added to the Clipboard on any of your other devices that are signed in to iCloud and have Handoff turned on. It will stay there only for a short while or until you copy something else to the Clipboard.

3 Paste it in place

Now all you have to do is paste the content on your other device. Note that you can also copy entire files between Macs with Universal Clipboard, as long as both Macs are running macOS High Sierra or later.
