HOW TO Start a competition

1 See who’s active

Once someone has accepted your invite to share and compare data, open the Activity app on your Watch and swipe left on your activity rings. You should now see a list of friends who are sharing their activity with you.

2 Who’s doing what?

Press firmly on Watch’s screen to sort the list by name or type of activity (Exercise, Workouts, etc). You can also send an iMessage to everyone in the list using the ‘Send message to all button’ at the bottom of the screen.

3 Start competing

Tap a friend in the list to see a breakdown of their activity, including a tally of competition wins. Tap the Compete button at the bottom of this screen to invite them to a competition, then tap Confirm in the next screen.
