1 Fall detection

Apple Watch series 4’s automatic fall detection offers to call the emergency services if it detects you’ve taken a hard fall. however, the feature isn’t actually turned on by default. to switch it on, head to my Watch and tap emergency sos, then turn on the switch.

2 Emergency SOS

if you need to contact the emergency services but can’t get to your phone, your Watch can do it for you. Go to my Watch > emergency sos, and turn on hold side Button. that lets you briefly hold the Watch’s side button to call the emergency services.
