There aren’t many good apps that can help with seating plans, but Table Planner from Snapp is the best we’ve seen so far. The recently released app is free at the moment, but only runs on iPads. It gives you simple drawing tools to create tables, then you can add the names of guests and place them where required. You can also use tags such as “family” or “vegan” to organize guests and avoid conflict.
