How do I add a digital signature to a Word doc?

Microsoft Word doesn’t have built–in support for proper digital signatures on the Mac, only images of signatures through its Signature Line feature. If you must have a full digital signature, you’ll need a web–based service like DocuSign, which costs upwards of $10 per month.
