How To Set up your Gyroscope account

Install Gyroscope

Gyroscope (gyroscope.pe) is a free download for iPhone from the App Store. Once it’s installed, select your lifestyle goal from “Get stronger”, “Lose bodyfat”, “Live longer”, or “Think clearer”, then enter your gender.

Select devices

Next, select which devices you use from the list (if you don’t use any, that’s okay — you can just use your iPhone) then tap through the screens to enable steps, sleep, mood, location, and fitness tracking.

Create account

If you have a Facebook account, you can use it to log in to Gyroscope. Otherwise, you can create an account with new credentials. Lastly, give the app access to your Apple Health data, and allow it to sync.
