HOW TO TRACK OUTDOOR EXERCISE WITH NIKE RUN CLUB
1 Start a new run
Install Nike Run Club and find the app in the widget list. Choose either of the two Quickstart widgets and add one to your Home screen. These widgets feature a large Start button. Tap that to begin a run straightaway.
2 Choose a preset option
Alternatively, you can pick one of the preset runs within the app. These include guided runs with audio accompaniments, runs designed for treadmills, and more. Once you begin, your data is logged with the app’s widgets.
3 Measure your progress
To view that progress, enter the Add Widget screen again and drop one of Nike Run Club’s Last Run or Run Level widgets onto your device’s Home screen. These show your average pace and goal progress, respectively.
