HOW DO I OPEN A .DOCX FILE IN FILES USING PAGES?

Although Word .docx files preview properly in Files, iPadOS doesn’t have any options to choose which app to open them with, and tapping Open might use an inappropriate app. However, you can open them from within the Pages app itself. This is a current limitation of iPadOS compared with macOS.
