Not unless you’re very skilled at tricky internal surgery, as the process requires separating your Mac’s display and moving its left speaker. This is explained in iFixit’s guide at bit.ly/ ml184imacdrive. You almost certainly need to pay a qualified Apple technician to do that for you.
